At the 5th China International Import Expo (CIIE), an event that attracts global attention, our company Roundtable International Exhibition Co., Ltd. carefully planned and implemented a Unique Expo Services program for the JETRO Japan brand. The program skillfully integrates the traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern design elements, perfectly demonstrating the high quality image of the corporate brand.

The large 300-square-meter booth features an open design with openings on all sides, ensuring that visitors can enter and exit the booth with ease. The geometric shape of the top of the booth subtly enhances the three-dimensionality and attractiveness of the space, making the whole booth stand out from the rest.

Our design concept was centered on the core concept of "Japanese quality of life". We successfully conveyed our product information and brand values through carefully arranged graphic and physical displays. The interior and exterior of the booth were perfectly coordinated with the brand colors, and the combination of the blue brand logo and white decorative lines gave the booth a strong modern style.

For the color scheme, we mainly used natural wood colors, which give a warm and cozy feeling and echo the theme of "Japanese Quality Life". White was used for the top of the booth and some of the decorative elements, contrasting with the wood color and adding visual clarity. Blue and yellow accents were used in some parts of the booth, and these colors were used not only to draw attention to the booth, but also to match the specific content of the display.

Traditional Japanese motifs and elements were used in the booth, such as lanterns and the silhouette of a Japanese-style roof, details that enhance the atmosphere of Japanese culture. The lighting design of the booth is also noteworthy, with the use of hanging circular lamps that provide a soft and even light that helps to showcase the products.
In terms of material selection, we adhered to the principles of lightness and environmental friendliness, using recyclable wood and metal frames with an LED lighting system to ensure the brightness of the booth as well as to reflect the concept of environmental friendliness. The flooring is made of materials that are easy to clean and maintain, such as laminated flooring or carpeting, creating a comfortable viewing experience for visitors.
